Mu2e Cosmic Ray Veto scintillator detector performance paper published

The UVA Intensity Frontier Group is leading the effort to fabricate the cosmic-ray veto detector for the Mu2e experiment. Several test-beam runs at Fermilab have been made to measure the performance of the scintillator counters. A paper has been published witht he restuls from the 2016 test-beam run.
