FEB Card
- changed 3.3V trace width specification to 4A (~1 sec fuse blow)
- changed 24V trace width specification to 2A (~1 sec fuse blow)

Indicator Card
- changed 3.3V trace width specification to 0.2A (~1 sec fuse blow)
- changed 24V trace width specification to 0.2A (~1 sec fuse blow)

Backplane
- changed 3.3V trace width specification to 16A (4A * 4)
- changed 24V trace width specification to 8A (2A * 4)
- changed 24V DCM trace width specification to 11A


DCM Card
- changed 3.3V trace width specification to 4A (~1 sec fuse blow)
- changed 24V trace width specification to 2A (~1 sec fuse blow)
- changed 24V DCM fuse to 6.3A
- changed 24V DCM trace width specification to 11A (~1 sec fuse blow)
- changed toggle switch to one that can handle up tp 7.5A @ 28VDC
