Schematic changes on 01/19/2010 to deal with wrong backplane numbering.

FEB Card
- Changed 24-pin backplane connector pin numbering by changing the symbol to use the newly created symbol CON24_MOLEX_MINIFIT
- Added 3W footprint, named 15-24-6243, to the symbol properties PCB Footprint
- The title block on sheets 2-4 was messed up.  Fixed by copying in a title block from a correct sheet

DCM Card
- Changed 24-pin backplane connector pin numbering by changing the symbol to use the newly created symbol CON24_MOLEX_MINIFIT

IND (indicator) Card
- Changed 24-pin backplane connector pin numbering by changing the symbol to use the newly created symbol CON24_MOLEX_MINIFIT
- Added 3W footprint, named 15-24-6243, to the symbol properties PCB Footprint

Backplane
- Changed 24-pin backplane connector pin numbering by changing the symbol to use the newly created symbol CON24_MOLEX_MINIFIT_2 (smaller symbol than on card schematics in 
order to fit all 18 of them on two pages.
